Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy upon receipt (excludes custom-ordered items, products ordered that are not regularly stocked, and apparel) as long as the product is not used, damaged, or altered in any form.

Mounted wheels can not be returned/exchanged under any circumstance. Customers must test fit all wheels prior to mounting to ensure correct fitment. We can not guarantee the fitment of wheels if the vehicle is lifted or lowered due to unforeseen variables, however, our team will provide as much information regarding your desired fitment to assist you with your purchase.

Customers only pay for the return shipping cost of the item and the cost of shipping we incurred when sending out the item initially. Where possible, KX Wheels will avoid charging a customer any restocking fees, however, customers should be prepared for a 25% restocking fee for certain products. If a restocking fee applies to an order, this will be communicated prior to the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) being issued for the item(s).

Customers may contact us should they choose to return or exchange merchandise. This will prevent confusion and allow us to make arrangements for the merchandise to be returned. Returned merchandise must include all original packaging, including original boxes in a sale-able condition, and must be packaged properly to avoid shipping damages. If the customer requests an order to be re-shipped, the additional freight and handling charges will be the responsibility of the customer. In addition, all shipping costs related to a return are the responsibility of the consumer. Returned merchandise that does not arrive in appropriate condition will not be refunded in full or at all. Customers should be sure they truly want something before placing an order.

Damaged, Defective & Incorrect Products

If a product arrives defective, damaged, or simply incorrect, customers should contact our customer service department as soon as possible, but in the event of damage, claims are required to be made within 24-36 hours of receipt of the product due to freight carrier policies. They should fully inspect the product and if the product is damaged or faulty in any way they should not attempt to use or install the part! We are not responsible for any installation fees customers incur under any circumstances.

KX Wheels will strive to find a solution to any problems that arise. This may include a professional repair or replacement of the order depending on the customer’s preference. Images of the damaged or defective product should be sent with the initial request for support, and subsequent photos may be requested depending on the nature of the claim.

PLEASE NOTE: Claims for damage will NOT be accepted after wheels have been mounted due to the ability of damage to occur during the installation process. Customers should FULLY inspect every wheel prior to having them professionally installed and request the install provider to confirm fitment.

Please note that it is the customer’s responsibility to select the correct year/make/model when ordering wheels and accessories. If the customer selects the wrong year/make/model, they can always return the product within 30 days but they will be charged the initial shipping fee we paid to get the product to them plus the return shipping fee along with re-stocking fees where applicable. KX Wheels will take full responsibility for any incorrect information on the website regarding vehicle-specific fitment and replace the item free of charge wherever possible.

Shipping

KX Wheels offers discounted shipping of up to $120 free shipping on orders over $800 before tax, which for most of our products will result in free shipping. However, for oversize items or for shipments to certain remote locations that our shipping courier does not have easy access to, they may charge higher rates and/ or an additional fee however, this is calculated at check out.

Please note we ship via FedEx or Loomis Express.

For orders that receive discounted shipping rates, KX Wheels is paying for the cost of this service. In the event of a return, the customer will be responsible for the shipping fees back to KX Wheels and will be reimbursed the difference between the product price and the original shipping fee which was incurred.

Please understand that free shipping is a cost that is incurred by KX Wheels as a gesture to help customers save. If in the event customers receive a wrong or defective item and it is reported within the 24-48 hours post-delivery, the item will be replaced or refunded completely where appropriate.

Delays
During certain holiday periods, travel through certain regions at certain times of the year, or during events such as the Covid-19 pandemic, there may be delays in transit arise that are out of the control of KX Wheels, and we would greatly appreciate your patience and understanding of this. KX Wheels will always strive to meet or exceed expected ship dates where possible.
PO Boxes
Please understand that we cannot ship to a P.O Box. In the event that customers only have a P.O Box address, there are solutions such as shipping to the nearest shipping courier station or an alternative address such as a local workshop completing the installation to your vehicle. Please call for more information, as each situation varies.
Pricing

On rare occasions, erroneous price or availability listings may appear on our website or independently operated affiliate sites. While we apologize for the inconvenience such an error may cause, KXWheels.com reserves the right to correct inaccuracies at any time, with or without notice, and update any related orders. Customers will be advised of any changes that affect orders and will be provided the option to accept the changes or cancel their order prior to processing.

Please be advised that when customers place an order, the credit card they provide will be charged immediately and not when the order is shipped out. This is because many of our products are built-to-order and therefore we need to receive payment in order to prevent losses from order cancellations.

MAP and MSRP Price

Certain manufacturers stipulate a Minimum Advertised Pricing policy. This prevents us from pricing these products any lower than what you see on the website. If we were to discount these products, our customers would no longer be protected by the manufacturer’s warranty on these products. We would also lose our status as authorized retailers. If you see a MAP product advertised for lower on another website, that retailer is not authorized to sell that product and you will not receive the manufacturer’s warranty when you purchase from them. Other manufacturers provide a Manufacturer Suggested Retail Price which is used to base pricing from. Sometimes the pricing advertised may be higher than competitors, but we’ll be happy to match any advertised pricing where possible!
