Dealers Registration

Upon KX Wheels acceptance of this application, I/We agree:

1) To pay for purchases in accordance with the subsequent conditions set out in this agreement or such conditions as KX Wheels shall from time to time specify.

2) No credit terms are extended to new accounts – applications for credit must be applied for and are considered separately.

3) Advertised prices are subject to change without notice. In all cases where price has changed or accessorial charges apply, opportunity will be provided to cancel prior to order confirmation.

4) Providing a purchase order number or reference is considered confirmation to proceed with an order and is a commitment to purchase.

5) Special Order items are NON RETURNABLE and CAN NOT BE CANCELLED ONCE ORDERED.

6) Mounted wheels are NON RETURNABLE under ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

7) All purchases are subject to standard terms and conditions listed on kxwheels.com and kxwholesale.com regarding timely inspection and reporting of merchandise damages, test fitting wheels prior to mounting, warranty claims etc.

8) All returns must be approved by a KX Wheels representative prior to shipping. All products returned without authorization will be returned at customers expense.

9) Returned merchandise will be subject to a restocking fee of 25% of the value of the merchandise returned.

10) To authorize us to make any credit investigations we may deem appropriate and to request reports from credit reporting agencies or banking institutions in connection with your application or later in connection with any application for or extension of credit. We may furnish information on your account to credit bureaus or others who, at our discretion, require and will properly receive such information.
